About Finesse

Finesse Technology was founded by Dr. Kou Chwung-Shan, several PhD graduates from National Tsing Hua University, scholars from National Chiao Tung University ,and senior engineers from the Industrial Technology Research Institute; the company focuses on development of ozone generators, RPS generators, RF systems, microwave devices, electronic circuits, control systems, and other core technologies. Average annual investments in R&D exceed 5% of revenues

Our service items mainly encompass semiconductor CVD/PVD equipment, including ozone generators, RPS generators, RF systems.



Finesse Technology is currently the leading vendor for Taiwan's semiconductor industry in many fields, with:

Finesse Technology strives to combine theory, technology, and engineering during product development and when creating solutions for client needs. We attach great importance to technical exchanges and share R&D experiences with our clients in hopes of becoming a solution provider and good client partner. Currently, our locations in Taiwan and China provide services to international semiconductor clients and leading equipment companies. We repair and sell 600 items and parts each month, making us the biggest company in Taiwan.
